Completely renovated by the owners who preferred beautiful materials and opted for a trendy decoration, this spacious and bright house will welcome you very comfortably. You will also enjoy a terrace facing south for relaxation, unless you prefer to play the pétanque on the plot next door. You can even come with your bikes, boards or paddles... and store them in the garage. Most of this house? Its privileged location: you will descend on foot in 6 minutes walk on the hiking trails (GR34) along the pebbly beach of Poul Stripo, preserved and classified coastline. Total change! You'll love the Gouffre site just as much. And what a pleasure to discover the village of Plougrescant, true maze! 11 km from Tréguier, 9 km from Penvénan.
