An old farm in pink granite completely renovated, attached to its sewing workshop and home, this classified cottage*** offers a quiet and warm setting. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, in addition to a large independent bathroom for even more comfort. Outside, a large, redesigned garden awaits you, ideal for relaxing moments.
A few steps away, discover Les Sables d'Or les Pins, with its dunes, huge beach, 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, tennis courts, and its new nautical center. The GR34 and the Vélomaritime are quickly accessible from the gîte. Guests can enjoy restaurants, nautical, cultural and sporting activities, and the casino for fun.
