Welcome to Cherry, a perched cabin where you come to pick up... and leave with more than just one night. Inside, a cozy cocoon awaits you: a warm living area, two beds, a small living area, a washbasin and a toilet. Just what it takes to feel good, never steal the star from what surrounds you.
Because outside, everything becomes experience. A coffee smoking on the terrace while the forest awakens. A meal prepared in the outdoor kitchen with birds for soundtrack only. An open-air shower, eyes up towards the canopy. And this rare feeling of being exactly where it needs to be.
Cherry is not a cabin that we reserve to sleep. It's a cabin we choose to live in. To get a parenthesis for two, laugh, slow down, breathe and collect memories rather than kilometers.
Perfect starting point to explore one of the most beautiful areas of the Ardennes. Just 5 minutes away, experience unforgettable sensations at TerrAltitude Park, famous for its Fantastic, an impressive 1.2 km zipline that flies over the Meuse at more than 100 km/h, as well as its climbing routes, leaps into the void, via ferrata. Nature lovers will enjoy the many marked hiking trails, mountain bike tours, panoramic views of the Meuse and the Trans-Ardennes Green Way (access 200m from the gîte), ideal for walking or cycling in complete tranquility.
The cabin is located about 25 km from Monthermé, famous for the Rock at Seven Hours and the Meuse loop, 35 km from Charleville-Mézières, hometown of Arthur Rimbaud where you can visit Place Ducale, the Museum of the Ardenne and the Rimbaud Museum, and 55 km from Sedan, known for its imposing castle, the largest in Europe. From Fumay, you can also discover Haybes, Givet and its citadel of Charlemont, the caves of Nichet in Fromelennes, Rocroi and its famous fortified city in star, or enjoy a getaway in nearby Belgium.
