Description of the establishment
13 km from Limoges and 800 m from Nieul, the "Sun Levant" is located in a family house built in 1948 in Limousin stone, renovated in 2019 and decorated with exotic objects by the owner who spent a large part of her professional life abroad. It lives opposite to the gite, the entrances and exterior spaces are independent. At 600 m, Nieul Castle, its park, pond and hiking trails. The cottage is located 400m from the railway station (TER Limoges-Poitiers line) and 10km from the airport.
