Description of the establishment
In the heart of the Perigord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, this detached house, ideally located on the edge of Lake Saint-Mathieu, is the former home of the grandparents of Fabrice, which he chose to renovate to preserve the family history. Very attached to this hamlet where his family has its roots, Fabrice perpetuates the memory of his grandfather, charron, who had installed his carpentry workshop in part of the house. Some of his tools are still preserved and bear witness to this craftsmanship.
The house has a nice garden with gravel terrace. Its privileged location, directly by the lake, allows you to enjoy swimming, fishing, walks and hikes in a natural and peaceful setting.
