Description of the establishment
The Réserve is a cozy, serene, soft and modern holiday cottage that combines the decoration of Aurélie and the restoration of Fabien. Together, they have refined the layout of this comfortable house located at the end of Fabien equestrian center. At the back, a nice terrace with a garden of 200 m2 fully enclosed. Long chairs and barbecue, table tennis, baby football, everything is gathered to promise happy moments with family or friends. On site, horses and animals (lamas, sheep, pony, donkey...) are everywhere; the reserve is also a training place with all its equipment (careers, boxes, loin round and many paddocks...). Fabien is a passionate farmer, he raises limousine and angus cows and practises western riding. The cottage is located on the departmental road that leads to Chalard, just 2 km from Saint Yrieix La Perche, beautiful town all shops and services.
