In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage at the house. Central parking spaces. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 250 m, bakery 1.2 km, café 1.2 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake "Auerlingsee" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, chair lift 200 m, slopes 200 m, ski rental 200 m, ski school 200 m, sled run 100 m, cross country ski track 6 km, ice rink 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Benediktinerstift St. Lambrecht 800 m, Burgruine Steinschloß 11 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreischberg 22 km, Lachtal 25 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Zirbitzkogel - Grebenzen, Graggerschlucht Mühldorf 16 km. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. There is no reception in the holiday village. Therefore, please contact the key holder 2 weeks before arrival and provide the details of all travelers and the estimated time of arrival. Payment of the additional costs marked "on site" must be made prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer. The landlord will inform you of the exact amount in good time.
