Description of the residence
The new Residence Les Chalets d'Emeraude**** is located in Les Saisies at an altitude of 1650m. The Col des Saisies, a passage between the Beaufortin valley and the Val d'Arly, benefits from a privileged site in Savoie-Mont-Blanc. Olympic station in 1992 and preserved site, it offers a beautiful panorama of Mont-Blanc .
This new residence is located between 500m and 600m from the ski lifts and 600m from the center of the resort.
It consists of 96 apartments distributed in 5 chalets of 3 floors each, with elevator.
Swimming pool and wellness area:
After your day of skiing, you can relax and unwind in the residence with:
* an indoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub , with free access,
* a sauna and hammam : €8/session; 39€ / 6 sessions (price per apartment).
