Discover our holiday homes in Dives-sur-Mer located near the residence Port Guillaume. Close to the Port of Plaisance, our holiday homes in Normandy are characterized by their very colorful shade.
You can reach the beach of Houlgate by a short walk of 500 m by following the pedestrian path that runs along the sea or that of Cabourg, which is 300 m away, by using the bridge.

With 2 heated swimming pools, one outdoors accessible from May to September, offering a solarium and equipped with deckchairs, the other indoors allowing access all year round. The swimming pool will be closed from 12 January 2026 to 18 January 2026 inclusive.
Note Some units do not have access to the 2 swimming pools of the residence (see the housing announcement).
