Description of the residence
HIVER : Residence composed of apartments and small chalets, located in the hamlet of Verneys, 2.4km from the center of Valloire. Located 600m from the Verneys chairlift and ESF rally. Teleski for beginners free nearby. Cross-country ski trails at 700m. Ski shops, bakery, press and restaurants 500m away. Free shuttle at 450m.
Summer : Residence composed of apartments and small chalets, located in the hamlet of Verneys, 2.4km from the center of Valloire and the leisure base (pool, ice rink, ...). Located 900m from golf, tennis and children's playground. Shops and restaurants at 500m.
Outdoor swimming pool NO CHAUFFEE (accessible only in summer/open on 1st July).
Pool access could be closed or restricted by administrative decision. As a result, any closure cannot be compensated.
The residence has 2 charging stations for electric vehicles (activated with QR code displayed in the lobby).
