Description of the residence
Located in the village of Saint-Geniez d'Olt, La Résidence le Village Goélia *** faces south, on the edge of the Lot, facing the listed village of Sainte Eulalie. The whole is made up of hamlets of semi-detached houses, single storey or duplex. The houses with slate roofs are most often independent, with an open garden on the ground floor or, divided into 2 dwellings with apartments on the first floor with balcony (5m²).
Residence equipment:
Unheated swimming pool overlooking the village with large separate paddling pool (open in July and August), a second heated swimming pool at the bottom of the residence (open depending on the weather from April to September).
Opposite the swimming pool, a bar awaits you to relax with family or friends.
You can also enjoy the pétanque courts, the sports field, the volleyball court, the 9-hole mini-golf (free loan of clubs and balls with deposit), the library and the fitness room.
A children's play area with a mini farm (animal feeding by children in the evening, accompanied by a manager) are also available.
