The Residence Mer & Golf Fort Socoa*** is located on the banks of the Untxin River, at the end of the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. You will find the fine sand beach of Socoa and the shops just 400m away. You can take a stroll in the city center which is only 3.5km away.
The residence has an outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool open in summer, bicycle and windsurfing rooms. For leisure, you will find on site a games room with billiards and table football (fee payable) and an outdoor ping-pong table (loan of rackets and balls).
The residence is located close to many activities such as an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a thalassotherapy center, the possibility of surfing... 20m from the Residence, you will find a playground for children as well as a health trail.
