Located on the seafront, this charming Breton-style residence invites you to stay in its bright rentals. Respectful of the environment, it is labeled Clef Verte and blends harmoniously into the natural setting that surrounds it.

It consists of bright, tastefully decorated houses and apartments that border the swimming pool. You are free to choose from our apartments with sea or pool views and our houses that open onto the garden.

From April to September, you can swim in the outdoor pool (21°) or splash around in the paddling pool with your little ones. The more athletic will have the opportunity to indulge in the pleasures of water activities on the beach which is located just 50 m from the residence or at the water sports center which is 1 km away.

On site, we have everything planned to offer you an entertaining stay. We provide you with a ping-pong table.
Here, we have thought of everything for families. Your little ones will be able to have fun in dedicated play areas and take part in activities adapted to their age.

The center of Guilvinec is 10 minutes from the Cap Marine residence. You will find everything you need for shopping, as well as restaurants.
