Located in the center of the Mimizan resort in the Landes, the R esidence Goélia Les Jardins de l'Oyat *** just 50m from the beach and close to the shops.
The residence consists of 80 apartments distributed in 4 buildings (2 of 2 floors without elevators, 1 of 2 floors and 1 of 5 floors with elevator) and underground parking spaces (1 per accommodation).
You can enjoy a free heated outdoor swimming pool on site (open from May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions) and a fitness room.
Many sporting activities are possible nearby such as: surfing, body-boarding, sailing, fishing, golf, skydiving, acrobatic courses in the trees, horse riding, archery, ball trap or even cycling.
Thanks to its “Kid station” label, the resort is ideal for families because it offers infrastructure, events and fun activities suitable for children.
