The Residence Sant'Anna del Volterraio is located not far from the castle of the same name. It extends over a vast area of 200 hectares just 400 m from the pretty pebble beach of Bagnaia. In the town center of Bagnaia, about 100 m from the Residence, you will find everything you need: grocery store, bazaars, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
Within the Residence, you can benefit from numerous services: outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, wellness and relaxation area, children's club...
The apartments, designed from the smallest to the largest with a focus on functionality and brightness, are arranged in a semi-circle to guarantee easy access to the large park. They have an independent entrance, a private patio, garden or balcony. Equipped with every comfort and functionality, they are equipped with LCD television. A parking space is allocated in the residence's garage. The car parks are located in the basement, along an access road, so the park is reserved for pedestrians.
