- History fans shouldn't miss out on Burg Hochosterwitz. It's a bit of a climb, but the walk there is worth it. And the view you are treated to is magnificent. But there’s more. This imposing castle that towers above a rock offers a museum and castle courtyard where you can spend hours, then finish off the day in the restaurant.
- Visit the vibrant city of Klagenfurt. Stroll through the historic streets and visit Klagenfurt Cathedral and Lindwurm, the dragon fountain. You won't get enough of this city.
- Afterwards, head straight to Wörthersee, Carinthia's largest mountain lake. This azure lake is bursting with activities: swimming, sailing, diving and fishing. In addition, the area around the lake is ideal for walking, cycling or skating. Meanwhile, you breathe a sigh of wonder at the breath-taking view.
- This is not for people with vertigo. The daredevils cannot skip the Pyramid Ball. This is the largest wooden observation tower in the world. Yes, that’s right.
