  • Aircraft: Hanover Airport (HAJ) is the most convenient option for flights with road or rail connections. Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ) is a south-easterly alternative
  • Train: Connection via the Deutsche Bahn to the main stations of Bad Harzburg Wernigerode or Göttingen and then connecting by high-performance regional buses (HVG lines) to Braunlage
